You can watch the installation video (The video is in English with French subtitles).
First we need to visit this link: Download Code :: Blocks IDE
After downloading the program, double-click on the installer file.
A small window will appear and you will be greeted with a message “Welcome to CodeBlocks Setup”
In this window you can skip it by clicking on “Next”.
Now it’s time for a licensing deal. We all know that you have to accept the license agreement if you want to use the program so … let’s click “I Agree”.
Once you see this window, you are now able to select the Code :: Blocks IDE components you want to install.
Leave the settings as they are and click “Next”.
After choosing the components you want to install, you will need to choose the installation location which is by default “C: \ Program Files (x86) \ CodeBlocks”.
You can choose another location, but it’s best to leave it that way.
Now it’s time to … well … nothing, it’s time to actually do nothing.
Just wait for the installation to finish. 😄
You will be asked if you want to open the program now or not. Click on “Yes”.
Click on “Finish”.
Finally, you should see a message like this that says “GNU GCC Compiler” is “Detected” and the current default compiler is “GNU GCC Compiler”.
If you see this message, everything is set and you can start compiling and running your code.
Now enjoy your new IDE 😊
